We demand the highest standards of quality for all business processes, products, and services. That is how we guarantee maximum satisfaction to our customers. Our employees feel exceptionally bound to these demands. DQS (Deutsche Gesellschaft zur Zertifizierung von Managementsystemen – the German association for certifying management systems) has confirmed without interruption since 1998 that our quality management system conforms to standards. This is documented in the certificate 101121 QM15.

The foundation for our thinking and actions is elaborated in our Declaration of the Basic Principles of Quality Policy.

But, who’s perfect? No, we are not either. That is why we continually test our products, services and processes regarding their appropriateness. Should we recognize a potential for improvement, we institute corrections. However, the foundation for our quality management work stems from prevention.
